 Al Gore is a United States politician served as vice president -45.

during the reign of President Bill Clinton, from 1993 until 2001. In 2000 he volunteered in the U.S. presidential election, but was defeated by George W. Bush in an election is very tight and controversial. Gore has the highest voter turnout, but not elected as President of the United States since losing to Bush in a number of electoral votes.

After the 2000 election, Gore is a director of a prominent U.S. company, Generation Investment Management. Besides, he also sat on the agency board of directors of Apple Computer. By several parties he is expected to run in the U.S. presidential election in 2008. According to the Quinnipiac University poll in April 2007, he was the third strongest candidate from the Democratic Party after Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
